Job summary

Crew Clothing Company is seeking a Junior Brand Designer to join our Creative team in Kingston-on-Thames. You’ll help build online brand identity for Crew Clothing, Ben Sherman and Pringle of Scotland through innovative seasonal designs.

You’ll report to the Digital Lead and work with ecommerce & marketing teams to translate concepts into engaging digital and print assets, maintaining strict brand guidelines across global markets.

Qualifications

• Design experience in a similar role, preferably in retail.
• A portfolio demonstrating digital creativity across brand assets.
• Ability to work to tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and brand guardianship.

Responsibilities

• Support BAU updates including email marketing and website changes.
• Create engaging assets for social, display, and affiliate channels.
• Develop on-brand print collateral and in-store materials.
• Prepare print-ready files for POS and lookbooks.
• Translate marketing collateral into digital assets for online use.
• Collaborate with the creative team to evolve concepts.
