Job description

Requirements:

1. Assist the Senior Design Manager in all design aspects.
2. Conduct trend research and analysis for outerwear and jersey.
3. Develop detailed technical packages for outerwear and jersey.
4. Monitor product development and update tech packs accordingly.
5. Track sample and prototype progress to ensure timely delivery and adherence to specifications.
6. Manage the lab dip approval process for color accuracy.
7. Assist in preparing presentation materials for design reviews.
8. Maintain an organized fabric library.
9. Participate in fit sessions, document feedback, and update tech packs.
10. Ensure outerwear samples are well-maintained and organized.
11. Manage the PLM system, including uploading tech packs and BOMs (following training).
