We are working on behalf of a well-established high-street supplier who is looking for a junior designer to join their friendly team. You will work closely with the Senior Designer, as well as other members of the design team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a supplier experiencing significant growth, supplying the high street, and collaborating closely with buyers on a variety of projects. The ideal candidate should have previous experience in multi-product design for boys and menswear.

You should have a keen commercial eye, along with excellent communication and organisational skills.

This role is hybrid and permanent.

Main responsibilities will include:

• Conducting in-depth trend research and high street competitor analysis.
• Liaising with overseas factories and designing commercial products.
• Building strong relationships with buyers through effective presentation of designs.
• Creating commercially viable and industry-standard designs across multiple products.
