Lloyd Recruitment Services are recruiting a Junior Designer to join a busy design team within a media company in Tonbridge. You’ll collaborate with marketing and sales to create materials for print and digital, including events, emails, banners and client campaigns.

Your role involves managing multiple projects, meeting deadlines, and delivering on briefs. The ideal candidate has 3+ years in graphic design, strong software skills, and a portfolio of work.

Formación

• At least three years’ experience in graphic design, ideally in marketing, publishing, events or an agency.
• Strong knowledge of Adobe InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator.
• Experience creating email campaigns, web banners and social media content.
• Good organisation and the ability to manage multiple deadlines.
• Clear communication skills and the ability to work well with others.
• An interest in using AI tools to support your work.
• A portfolio showing examples of your design work.

Salary: £30,000–£33,000 (DOE)

Lloyd Recruitment Services are looking for a Designer to join a busy design team within a media company.

You’ll work closely with the marketing and sales teams, creating a range of materials across print and digital. This will include event campaigns, email marketing, social media graphics, web banners, client campaigns and sales presentations.

You’ll manage several projects at once, making sure work is delivered on time and meets the brief.
