This is an awesome opportunity for a Junior Creative who is looking to work for a business who support and develop and allow creative freedom. Fast becoming one of our favourite clients, they are a FMCG distributor based in central Birmingham.

An up-to-date portfolio is essential to apply for this role. It needs to demonstrate your passion for design and creativity across digital and offline, with a strong command of typography and a funky and modern creative flair. Working in a supportive creative team of five, you’ll get excellent opportunity for development.

Key elements of the role include:

  • Design and artwork presentations for the sales team in InDesign.
  • Design and artwork promotional emails and social posts.
  • Design and artwork logos and new branding ideas.
  • Design for print collateral and trade shows.

Experience needed:

  • Your portfolio and creative flair are more important than experience.
  • You’ll likely have a relevant degree and some experience within a previous role, or as a freelancer/intern.
  • Ability to demonstrate variety of design styles across digital and print.
  • High attention to detail and happy to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication skills and happy to be supportive and flexible to the team when working to deadlines.
