Job Description

We’re seeking a talented and motivated Junior Designer to join our dynamic creative team. This role involves managing various projects across multiple brands and media platforms, from concept to delivery. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, creatively driven, and thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities
  • Manage multiple design projects independently, ensuring high-quality output and timely delivery.
  • Produce accurate, print-ready artwork with strong attention to detail.
  • Proofread all creative materials to maintain brand consistency and quality.
  • Deliver daily design output across various formats, including print and digital.
  • Contribute fresh ideas and innovative visual concepts aligned with brand objectives.
  • Support the execution of marketing campaigns and projects from start to finish.
  • Ensure all creative work passes through the appropriate approval channels.
  • Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including marketing, brand managers, developers, photographers, and print vendors.
Qualifications
Key Skills & Abilities
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite — Illustrator, InDesign, and Photoshop are essential. Experience with After Effects and Figma is highly desirable.
  • Strong understanding of layout, typography, and visual hierarchy.
  • Ability to resize and adapt artwork for print and digital platforms.
  • Consistent, high-level execution across projects of all sizes.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Confident in presenting and explaining ideas to peers and stakeholders.
  • Strong time management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Collaborative mindset with the ability to thrive under tight deadlines.
