We're now looking for a creatively curious, detail obsessed Junior Designer to help bring even more flavour to our brand storytelling.

Your Mission

Bring the Mller Brand World to life across everything from packaging and digital content to internal campaigns and photography. You'll work hand-in-hand with senior creatives and marketing teams, sharpening your craft while making real impact on real projects. Additionally, as a key player in our team you will model our values of Bold, Accountable, Curious and Together.

With the guidance of the Senior Designer, you'll develop the ability to translate briefs into thoughtful, on-brand visuals and over time, own your own projects with confidence.

What You'll Be Creating

Design - You will be responsible for working on a wide range of design projects across the Mller portfolio

• Responsible for managing packaging amend projects through our internal artwork management system from start to finish.
• Manages asset creation and file supply for e-commerce
• Responsible for designing internal marketing materials, communications and documentation.
• Supports with concept production for Marketing brand planning presentations and concept sell-ins
• Supports the brand teams in producing merchandise and support materials for new product launches and corporate events
• Assists the Senior Designer with design range roll outs
• Assists with Photography styling and shoots: responsible for organising props and physical beauty mockups
• Attends project meetings with cross-functional team, providing input and recommendations from a design perspective
  
  

Digital - Responsible for regularly maintaining and updating website content

• Develops pages for new product launches
• Collaborates with external agencies for the development of new modules and mechanics
• Conducts and executes the annual plan of digital marketing activities working closely alongside the brand teams
  
  

Consumer - First Thinking

• Uses a variety of data sources to stay up to date with the latest consumer and market trends
• Builds an in-depth understanding of the target consumers and their experience of our brands and products, and harness consumer insights to build purposeful designs
• Actively shares knowledge, ideas and trends within the wider design industry
