Job Description

We are seeking a Junior Designer to join our dynamic team, where you'll play a key role in supporting the design team by creating compelling visuals for client campaigns, internal projects, and new business pitches.

You’ll have the opportunity to work across multiple formats and channels, from social media graphics and web assets to short-form videos and simple motion design. This position is ideal for someone who possesses a sharp eye for design, a willingness to learn, and a passion for creativity in all its forms.

Expect a variety of tasks including the creation of graphics, illustrations, simple motion design, decks, and infographics. You'll collaborate closely with other Designers and the content team to bring ideas to life and ensure visual consistency across all deliverables. We are looking for someone who is visually creative, detail-oriented, and open to collaboration, feedback, and innovative ways of working to enhance our team's creative output.

Responsibilities

• Create digital assets including graphics, illustrations, content mockups and editorial layouts
• Support the production of short-form videos, animations, and GIFs
• Assist in developing creative concepts and moodboards
• Work collaboratively with other designers, as well as other departments
• Support with day-to-day creative tasks as needed
• Stay up to date with design trends and digital formats

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, especially: Photoshop and Illustrator
• A portfolio showcasing your design work-especially anything motion/video related
• Understanding of typography, layout, colour, and brand systems
• Good organisational skills and attention to detail
• A proactive, positive attitude and eagerness to learn
• Enthusiastic about digital marketing/media & advertising (any experience of work including internships is a bonus)
