With nearly 90 galleries across the UK and an ever-growing digital presence, we are redefining how people engage with and collect art. We are passionate about creativity, design excellence, and delivering a premium experience across every touchpoint.

Role Overview

We are looking for a creative and driven Junior Designer to join our in-house creative team. You will assist in delivering visually compelling content across our brand platforms-from printed brochures and gallery signage to digital campaigns, social media assets, and artist presentations.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a strong eye for design and a passion for art to grow their career in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the creation of design assets for print and digital, including brochures, email campaigns, web assets, social media graphics, in-gallery materials, and advertisements
  • Work closely with the senior designers and marketing team to maintain brand consistency across all visual communications
  • Support the design team in preparing artwork for print, liaising with printers and creating purchase orders where necessary
  • Retouch, resize, and format images for a range of platforms and specifications
  • Help manage asset libraries and maintain file organisation and version control
  • Stay up to date with design trends and contribute ideas in creative brainstorming sessions
  • Assist with the visual layout of artist content and presentations for internal and external use
  • Support the design needs of gallery openings, exhibitions, and events

Skills & Experience

  • A degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator; XD and Premiere Pro are a plus)
  • Strong layout, typography, and image-editing skills
  • A keen eye for detail and a passion for aesthetics and brand storytelling
  • Ability to work to deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • A positive attitude and willingness to learn in a collaborative team environment

Why choose us?

  • 33 days annual leave (including Bank Holidays).
  • We offer a fantastic employee discount scheme on our portfolio of art work.
  • Contributory employee pension scheme.
  • Join the wider company at social events throughout the year.
  • We offer you benefits and discounts including food, drink, retailers and fun days out!
