Who you are:

A recent graduate in Graphic Design, Graphic Communication, or a similar field.
A confident creative with an outstanding portfolio — thoughtful, polished, and full of brand & identity.
Ideally, you've already dipped your toes into agency life through an internship or placement.
Bonus points if you’ve picked up a D&AD New Blood, YCN, or any other competition wins
A designer who loves both concept and craft, you think strategically and design with intent.
You thrive in a collaborative environment, ask great questions, and genuinely care about your work.

Collaborate on real projects for mission-led clients across diverse sectors.
Help shape compelling brand identities, campaigns, and digital experiences.
