What You’ll Be Doing

Every day, you’ll:

Think.

Get a bit annoyed.
Think it through.

In other words, this role’s all about being creative – and you won’t be going it alone.
You’ll have fellow creatives, strategists, account leads and others backing you up
(and they’re all ace). Together, you’ll craft everything from scroll-stopping social to
brand-defining campaigns, plus a whole lot more.

• A portfolio with potential (whatever you’ve got, show it off).
• A sharp eye for type, layout, imagery and colour.
• Hunger. For biscuits, yeah – but also to learn, grow, and level up.
• An ability to take feedback like a champ.

And bring a bit of...

• Know-how in the Adobe Suite – Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.
• Curiosity and passion for picking up motion graphics.
• A knack for branding and layout skills.
• A big-picture mindset and the confidence to share your ideas.
