Job Description:

Junior lawyers and/or ISDA negotiators please get in touch regarding a new 9-12 month contract with a financial services client. Buy-side experience and exposure to derivatives documentation will be beneficial for this role.

Key requirements for this position include:

• A solid understanding of the buy-side and derivative documentation.
• Strong drafting, negotiation and organisational skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to multi-task and a proven track record working in a fast-moving environment.
• Motivated self-starter with ability to accomplish tasks with limited supervision and commercial awareness.
• Ability to review contracts for relevance / core information purposes.
