Overview

Are you a Junior Demand Planner looking for your next role working across 2 sites based in Worcestershire and Herefordshire. You will be joining a global leader, recognised as a great place to work, where the culture is relaxed, supportive, and free from unnecessary pressure.

Responsibilities

• The role focuses on demand/ production planning and optimising inventory.
• You will work across the entire supply chain, collaborating with internal departments such as procurement and production to develop and maintain accurate forecasts and inventory strategies.
• You will be responsible for managing finished goods inventory across multiple locations, aligning production schedules with sales forecasts and analysing data to improve forecasting accuracy and inventory performance.
• You will monitor and improve on-time, in-full performance and identify critical planning issues and contribute to continuous improvement of planning processes and KPIs.

Qualifications

• Experience with demand/ production planning tools like SAP (preferred but not essential).
• Experience with inventory planning within manufacturing.
