Resultance in London is seeking a Junior Consultant specialized in Data Reporting & Visualization to join our data projects. You will transform complex data into meaningful insights, supporting decision-making and performance improvements.

You’ll contribute to reporting solutions using Power BI and collaborate with teams across client engagements. You hold a Master’s degree and have up to 2 years of experience with data analysis, SQL, and BI tools.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in a relevant field such as Economics, Engineering, Data Science, Computer Science, Finance, or Business Analytics.
• Fluent in English.
• 0-2 years of experience in data analysis, BI concepts, and reporting tools.
• Experience with data analysis, SQL for querying, and Power BI or Tableau for dashboards.
• Ability to interpret data clearly and collaborate in a team.

Responsibilities

• Collect, analyse, and transform raw data into actionable insights.
• Design and optimise SQL queries for data extraction and processing.
• Create dashboards and visualisations using Power BI.
• Identify trends and KPIs with guidance from senior team members.
• Present insights in a clear, structured, and actionable way.
• Collaborate with client teams on engagements and internal projects.
• Contribute to data quality, governance and continuous improvement of reporting frameworks.
• Build foundations to become a trusted contributor in data-driven transformation projects.
