Job summary

Ekimetrics in London is hiring a Junior Consultant to develop a dual profile as data scientist and strategic consultant. You will work on challenging data science projects for international clients across industries, building marketing analytics solutions to answer key questions.

You’ll apply econometrics, MMM and Customer Analytics end-to-end, from data gathering to presenting insights. The role requires a recent graduate with programming skills in Python or R and a passion for learning.

Qualifications

• A degree in Data Science, Economics or a similar analytical field.
• Prior experience (academic or professional) in data analysis/modelling/analytics or ML.
• Experience with programming languages such as Python or R - we use Python at Eki.
• Capacity to work and learn quickly in a fast-paced environment.
• Exceptional written and oral communication skills.
• Interest in Data and Marketing to make an impact for businesses.
• Ability to work within an inclusive and diverse team to deliver innovative solutions.
• A passion for joining a small team and a keen interest in personal learning and development.

Responsibilities

• Apply econometrics using data science and AI for business problems.
• Understand clients’ business context and collaborate in a fast-paced environment.
• Work on Marketing Mix Modelling (MMM) and Customer Analytics projects end-to-end, from gathering and analysing data to building statistical machine learning models and delivering presentations.
• Work on 1-3 projects across global markets and industries.
• Contribute to Eki.R&D to support the development of new methodologies and build data Engineering/Architecture capabilities.
• Contribute to Eki.Life culture initiatives and CSR commitments.
