The role
The MBA Data Team is seeking to support its technical development work and is looking for an innovative Junior Data Engineer to develop scripts and workflows to support effective biodiversity archiving and publication. Working alongside the Data Team and Continuous Plankton Recorder (CPR) Survey and helping to deliver DASSH, the UK Archive for Marine Species and Habitats Data and accredited node of the Ocean Biodiversity Information System (OBIS), the successful applicant will have proven ability in the manipulation of data using scripts and databases.
