Job description

What you'll be doing:

Here's a quick list of what you'll be up to on a day to day basis:

  • Processing customer orders and building servers to custom specifications, communicating updates and collaborating to reach delivery times.
  • Preparing server racks for our automated provisioning system, including racking, cabling and installing servers to maintain stock levels.
  • Repurposing server hardware, assisting shift teams with BAU tasks, and collaborating with technical teams for great exposure to the DC operations sector.

  • Have basic IT hardware experience (this can be personal as well as enterprise level so if you've been building and troubleshooting computers for friends and family then we want to hear from you)
  • Have basic experience or knowledge of OS installations
  • Have a good understanding of customer service (and how to keep them happy)
  • Have a passion for all things IT and want a great first-step into the industry
