If so, we have an opportunity for a Junior Data and BI Developer to join our IT team!
A strong flair for data visualisation is essential. The Junior Data and BI Developer will be responsible for converting raw data into visually compelling reports that effectively communicate key business metrics and provide accurate and meaningful reports to empower stakeholders with insights to make informed decisions. Whether refining the current reporting suite, developing new reports based on business requirements and priorities defined by the senior Group Data team, or investigating reported bugs, the Junior Data and BI Developer must have good attention to detail and be able to convey information visually in a succinct and intuitive manner.
Challenge Existing Processes. Seek to improve and streamline business methods in both the data team and other departments. Provide support and training to departmental stakeholders.
Excellent communication skills to translate business needs into technical specifications and help manage the development backlog. Contribute positively to the development process and champion the production of high quality technical documentation.
Continuous learning mindset, staying updated with the latest BI tools and technologies to help evaluate and improve the current reporting strategy in order to keep the business moving forwards with best practice and appropriate new technologies.
