Junior Data Analyst | up to £30K | Hybrid (Oxfordshire)

Permanent | Early Careers | Data & Insights

We’re hiring a Junior Data Analyst to join a growing data team within a mission-driven organisation that’s transforming how young people engage with early career opportunities.

This is a brilliant opportunity for someone with a passion for data and a knack for translating numbers into meaningful stories. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams—helping them understand performance, make data-led decisions, and deliver valuable insights to clients and internal stakeholders.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Creating insightful reports and dashboards to guide decision-making
  • Monitoring and modelling performance trends to identify opportunities and risks
  • Supporting client teams with campaign analysis and recommendations
  • Working collaboratively with product, tech, and commercial teams to understand data needs
  • Helping move from reactive reporting to predictive, proactive insights

You’ll bring:

  • Experience using BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, Google Data Studio, etc.)
  • Some SQL/database knowledge (MySQL, SQL Server, etc.)
  • Familiarity with web analytics tools (Google Analytics, Hotjar, etc.)
  • Strong communication skills—comfortable explaining data to non-technical stakeholders
  • Experience with Python/Java or version control tools like Git

Location & Working Pattern:

Hybrid – 2–3 days/week in the Oxfordshire office

Salary & Benefits:

Up to £30K + generous benefits package, including 5% pension, enhanced parental leave, life assurance, Employee Assistance Programme, and more.
