Job description

Are you passionate about turning data into powerful insights? Kickstart your career as a Junior Data Analyst Apprentice and gain hands-on experience in unlocking the stories hidden in numbers! Baltic Apprenticeships is partnering with an employer seeking an enthusiastic and motivated individual to join their team as a Junior Data Analyst Apprentice. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain practical experience while working toward an accredited Data qualification. You'll collaborate with experienced professionals, building the skills and knowledge needed for a successful career in Data.

A Typical Day in the Job:
  1. Identifying, gathering and transferring data from various internal and external sources
  2. Ensuring Data Accuracy by performing quality checks and cleansing activities
  3. Working closely with various departments to understand data requirements and provide analytical support for decision-making processes.
  4. Analyse survey data for trend information and communication findings
  5. Creating visual representations of data, such as dashboards and reports to effectively communicate findings to stakeholders
  6. Pulling website analytics on user behaviours, website performance, page loads and conversions

Full training and support will be provided by your workplace mentor and from the team at Baltic Apprenticeships.

Desired Qualities, Skills and Knowledge
  1. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  2. Basic Excel knowledge

  4. Grade 4/C in GCSE English and Grade 4/C in GCSE Maths
Salary, Hours & Benefits:
  1. Monday to Friday – 37.5 Hours per week
  2. 20 days annual leave plus Bank Holidays

This apprenticeship programme will provide you with everything you need to launch and develop your career in Data Analytics. Afterwards, we’ll support you to take the next steps, including further training and progression onto a Level 4 qualification.
