Junior Data Analyst – Motor Finance
Location: Solihull (Hybrid – 3 days in the office)
Salary: £29,000 + bonus
Working Hours:Monday – Wednesday: 8:30am – 5:00pm (Office) Thursday – Friday: 8:30am – 5:00pm (Home)

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Research and present new initiatives or enhancements to existing products and processes to senior management.
  • Produce and analyse reports, management information, and statistical data from various sources.
  • Promote continuous improvement in business operations and data reporting.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team on email campaigns and other initiatives.
  • Support staff engagement activities including monthly communications and meeting coordination.
  • Act as a key liaison between the Motor Finance team and Business Analytics to ensure data accuracy and efficiency.
  • Oversee invoice centralisation and budget alignment.
  • Provide organisational and logistical support for management, external sales teams, and marketing events.
What You’ll Bring:
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to build positive working relationships across teams and suppliers.
  • A proactive and flexible attitude, with great attention to detail and ownership of your work.
  • Confidence in presenting concise, clear analysis to various stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and ideally Power BI.
  • The ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure and meet deadlines.
