You'll be part of a high-impact team driving digital transformation and working with modern tools to improve processes, insights, and decision-making.
Your Responsibilities:
- Build and enhance data pipelines: Help design and maintain proprietary automation systems that support investment strategy.
- Improve internal platforms: Collaborate on projects to streamline workflows and eliminate manual processes using modern tooling.
- Deliver high-quality insights: Monitor key data metrics and trends to support investment research and decision-making.
- Ensure data integrity: Validate and enrich datasets to maintain accuracy, completeness, and consistency across internal platforms.
- Evaluate tools and vendors: Assist in reviewing and optimising external data providers and technical solutions.
- Contribute to innovation: Continuously explore opportunities to improve systems through experimentation, automation, and modern engineering practices.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in a STEM or data-oriented field such as Data Science, Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or Economics.
- A meticulous attention to detail and passion for accurate, high-quality data.
- Interest in data automation and how technology enables smarter decision-making.
- Exposure to or willingness to learn tools like Python, SQL, Zapier, n8n, or similar.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while delivering at pace.
- Strong communication skills to collaborate across teams and share insights clearly with non-technical stakeholders.
- A curiosity-driven mindset and eagerness to learn new technologies and data tools.
It's A Bonus If You Have:
- Experience with Google Cloud Platform, APIs, or GitHub.
- Familiarity with structured data entry, validation processes, or workflow automation.
