Job description

As our Data Administrator, you'll be an essential part of our procurement team, helping to secure important product and stock samples. You'll work closely with various internal teams, including our buying and distribution teams, and engage directly with third-party brands and suppliers. Your contributions will help us tackle a variety of content briefs, from exciting new product launches to other key initiatives. Building strong relationships and effectively managing these collaborations will be crucial in ensuring we have the materials needed to meet our content goals and push our projects forward.

With Excel data administration being a key part of this role, it is important you'll posses experience in utilising Microsoft Excel for entering and manipulating data.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prioritisation - Plans and reviews workload regularly and is prepared to adapt to ever changing circumstances. Assesses workload realistically in terms of urgency and importance and is ready for "curve balls" and changes plans where necessary to ensure optimum achievement and deadlines are hit and stakeholder relationships are maintained
  • Data Administration - In this role, you will manage data assets, everything from data entry & manipulation in Excel, to updating key product information and creating formulas. You will help manage data in a creative environment with
  • Outcome Focus- Remains motivated and shows drive and determination to achieve success. Persists in the face of obstacles and overcomes any barriers that arise, focusing on solutions and not problems.
  • Builds Relationships - Authentically and proactively interacts with everyone, building rapport and making a positive impression in order to collaborate and build lasting connections across the Partnership and beyond to other businesses and contacts. Once formed, understands how to navigate politics and the impact these have on the workplace in order to get things done.


Requirements

  • Excel & Data administration experience
  • Be time aware: Be mindful of how you spend your time each day. Most of your time should be focused on delivering, and not spent chasing brief owners for clarity, or missing inputs or feedback
  • Have efficiencies front of mind: Always be looking for how we can work smarter, and more effectively together
  • Be commercially mindful: Treat every pound as if it were your own, and be thoughtful and responsible in your decision-making in order to drive savings
  • Take pride in the role you play in reporting your contributions to time and cost savings with Client Directors
