Junior Customer Support Officer (Full Training)

£28,000 - £32,000 + Salary Reviews + Excellent Training + Career Progression + 33 Days Holiday

Office Based, Commutable from Tewksbury, Evesham, Cheltenham, Gloucester, Worcester, Ledbury and surrounding areas

Do you enjoy speaking with people supporting Product, Electrical or Technical questions as part of a close knit team where you will be heavily invested in through technical training, whilst working for an Engineering company where you will provide technical support and be trained on CAD with a great work life balance?

This role will suit someone with a customer service attitude and an interest in engineering or design looking for training.

The Role:

1. Office based Monday to Friday, 8.30am - 5pm
2. Providing Phone technical support and CAD Designs for customers
3. Lots of training and future career progression
