Job Duties:

The Junior Creativity Coach will be responsible for assisting in the development and implementation of creative teaching strategies, supporting students in exploring their creativity, and facilitating workshops that promote innovation and imaginative thinking.

Required Qualifications:
  • A passion for education and creativity
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team setting
Education:

A Bachelor's degree in Education, Fine Arts, or a related field is preferred

Experience:

Prior experience in educational or creative settings is advantageous but not essential

Knowledge and Skills:
  • Understanding of creative teaching methodologies
  • Ability to inspire and motivate students
  • Strong organisational skills
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in delivering workshops or training sessions
  • Knowledge of different art forms and creative processes
Working Conditions:

The Junior Creativity Coach will mainly work in classrooms or workshops within educational institutions. Some travel within Greater London may be required.

Pay rates include 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This is a temporary role, with potential for permanence later.
