A leading education provider is seeking a Junior Creativity Coach in Greater London to support students' creativity and facilitate workshops. Ideal candidates will have a Bachelor's degree related to education or fine arts and demonstrated creative teaching methodologies. This temporary role offers £95 - £120 per day. Opportunities for permanent placement may arise later. Remote and travel within Greater London may be required.

Job Duties:

The Junior Creativity Coach will be responsible for assisting in the development and implementation of creative teaching strategies, providing support to students in exploring their creativity, and facilitating workshops and activities that promote innovation and imaginative thinking.

Required Qualifications:
  • A passion for education and creativity
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team setting
Education:

A Bachelor's degree in Education, Fine Arts, or a related field is preferred

Experience:

Prior experience working in an educational or creative setting is advantageous but not essential

Knowledge and Skills:
  • Understanding of creative teaching methodologies
  • Ability to inspire and motivate students
  • Strong organisational skills
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in delivering workshops or training sessions
  • Knowledge of different art forms and creative processes
Working Conditions:

The Junior Creativity Coach will primarily work in a classroom or workshop setting within an educational institution. The role may involve some travel to different locations within the Greater London area.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
