Salary: Up to £35,000
Start Date: ASAP / dependent on notice period
Interview Process: 2 stages (1st stage with Creative Directors, 2nd stage face-to-face with Creative Directors + AI Prompt Engineer)

The Role

We're looking for a Junior Creative to join our fast-growing AI creative department.

This is an exciting opportunity for a team early in their career to work at the intersection of creativity and technology, supporting the development and delivery of AI-powered creative solutions and ideas.

You’ll work closely with Creatives, AI specialists, and technical teams to help shape concepts that demonstrate the potential of generative AI – whether that’s crafting narratives, visual worlds, prototypes, or explorative concepts.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Supporting the creation of AI-first and AI-integrated creative ideas
• Experimenting with GenAI tools to bring concepts to life
• Working collaboratively with Creative Directors and technical teams
• Helping develop creative outputs across campaigns, content, experiences, and product concepts
• Contributing fresh thinking and future-facing ideas to briefs
• Assisting with pitch work, internal innovation projects, and client creative development

About You

• A junior creative duo (copy + art) with a strong passion for creativity and technology
• Curious about GenAI and excited about how it can elevate and transform creative output
• Able to collaborate, experiment, push ideas, and think beyond traditional formats
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, highly creative environment
• A portfolio that shows conceptual thinking, craft, and potential
