Job summary

Kendal and Partners is a leading London boutique strategic communications agency based in Hoxton. We are seeking a Junior Creative Account Manager to support campaigns across luxury brands, art, culture, fashion and hospitality.

You will work closely with the Creative Account Director and Founder to develop press relationships, create compelling messaging, and manage campaigns across media, events and influencer collaborations.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years work experience in luxury, fashion or related industries.
• Excellent client skills leading to satisfaction and growth.
• Highly organised with ability to multitask and manage budgets.
• Strong written, verbal communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Support campaigns across multiple clients in luxury, fashion, art and hospitality.
• Create best-in-class messaging for global press, media and influencer engagement.
• Develop press releases, social copy and content across channels.
• Plan and deliver strategic activity on social media platforms (Meta, TikTok).
• Build and nurture relationships with media, fashion press and influencers.
• Collaborate with internal and client teams to maximise PR opportunities.
