Specsavers is seeking a Junior Creative Delivery Manager to support the delivery of creative projects across campaigns. You will translate briefs into clear delivery plans, coordinate schedules, resources and workflows, and ensure assets are delivered on time and to a high standard.

As a Junior Creative Delivery Manager, you'll play a key role in supporting the successful delivery of creative projects, coordinating timelines, resources and workflows to ensure high-quality assets are delivered accurately and on time.

Working as part of our Creative Capability Hub, you'll manage the day-to-day delivery of smaller projects whilst supporting larger campaigns alongside experienced Creative Delivery Managers. You'll translate briefs into clear delivery plans, coordinate schedules and resources, monitor progress, manage priorities and proactively identify risks. Acting as a key link between Marketing, Creative, Production and Media teams, you'll help keep creative projects running smoothly, from briefing through to final asset delivery.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone with previous coordination experience in a project coordination, marketing, studio or creative environment, or for a highly organised individual looking to build a career in creative delivery and project management.

You'll need to be organised, detail-focused and proactive, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines. You'll bring strong communication, stakeholder management and problem-solving skills, along with a collaborative approach to working with different teams. Experience within a creative, marketing or project-based environment is required, and any understanding of creative workflows, project delivery principles and/or digital asset management systems would be a distinct advantage.
