Job summary

Northstar, an award-winning multi-channel agency based in Shoreditch, London, is seeking a Junior Creative to join our close-knit team. You’ll design across digital and print, developing ideas from concept through to finished assets and collaborate with senior creatives, editors and production to bring concepts to life.

You’ll also get involved in shoots, assist on set, and help move projects through amends and approvals while keeping up with design trends.

Qualifications

• Portfolio demonstrates strong creative thinking and design skills.
• Willingness to learn and take feedback.
• Experience in an agency or studio environment is a plus.
• Ability to work collaboratively and take ownership over projects.

Responsibilities

• Design standout work across digital, social and print.
• Collaborate with senior creatives, editors and production teams to realize concepts.
• Assist on shoots, from planning to final assets.
• Help move projects through amends and approvals.
• Keep up with design, photography, film and culture trends and bring fresh references to the team.
