We’re on the hunt for a curious, ideas-driven Junior Creative ready to make their mark in the world of advertising. We want someone who is fresh thinking, excited to respond to briefs, and eager to contribute across a variety of campaigns – from quick-turnaround social ideas to big brand activations. Working closely with senior creatives, strategists, and designers, you’ll help develop concepts, create mock-ups, and bring bold, shareable ideas to life. This is a brilliant opportunity for someone with a strong creative instinct, a love for culture and storytelling, and a desire to grow in a fast-paced, collaborative agency environment.
This is a hands-on, ideas-driven role where no two days are the same. You’ll be:
Fuelling creative ideation sessions with insights and killer ideas
Responding to briefs with passion and polish
Supporting campaign development with research, mock-ups, and visuals
Contributing to pitch decks and retained client work
Rolling up your sleeves for some light design work in Photoshop/InDesign
Playing an active role in every stage of the creative process
You’re a creative spark with:
Training from an advertising school + 6 months placement experience
A love for earned-first work (but ATL folk welcome too)
Sharp skills in Photoshop/InDesign and a great eye for design
A brain that never stops thinking in ideas
Strong understanding of the UK media & social landscape
A collaborative spirit and can-do attitude
Passion for culture – especially food, travel and retail
Bonus if you’re active on social or a content creator yourself
