The team advises on high-profile venture capital and M&A transactions for innovative UK and European tech companies, with a strong transatlantic focus. Since launching, the London practice has grown rapidly and is at the forefront of advising fast-scaling businesses on complex international matters.


This is a rare opportunity to join a collaborative and entrepreneurial team offering Silicon Valley-style advice in the heart of London. You'll work closely with experienced US and UK lawyers and play an active role in developing the practice and mentoring junior team members.
