Key Responsibilities
  • Providing day‑to‑day administrative support to contract managers
  • Assisting with the preparation of reports, documentation, and client packs
  • Raising and processing purchase orders and invoices
  • Maintaining accurate records on internal systems
  • Supporting compliance, H&S, and contract documentation
  • Liaising with suppliers, engineers, and internal stakeholders
  • Handling general office administration and ad‑hoc support duties
The Ideal Candidate
