Business Development

• Develop and proofread proposals; conduct research into potential clients.
• Deliver high-quality work that is invaluable to clients.
• Build and nurture your professional network inside and outside Q5.

Project Delivery

• Manage project administration, including workshop logistics from start to finish.
• Create high-quality client deliverables from consulting interventions like interviews and workshops.
• Assist in planning projects with the Project Lead and team.
• Visualize and interpret data from interventions effectively.

Practice Management/Personal Development

• Contribute to building the practice, supporting sectors or services, wellbeing initiatives, Foundation work, or onboarding new team members.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or higher.
• 12-24 months of experience in a similar professional services environment.
• Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Understanding of Office 365, SharePoint, and Teams for project support.
• Strong communication skills.
• Attention to detail.
• Curiosity, quick learning, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently with initiative.
• Based in or near London; these are in-person roles.

Preferred Skills
