Rogers McHugh is seeking a Junior Project Manager to join its growing construction team in Glossop. This role is ideal for someone starting a PM career who wants to develop skills within a supportive environment and contribute to fit-out projects across sectors such as education and office spaces.

You will assist senior project managers, help with programme planning, cost control, and site coordination, and ensure work is delivered on time, within budget, and to a high standard.

Qualifications

• Degree in Construction Management or related construction discipline.
• 1–2 years’ experience in a project management or site-based role.
• Strong organisational and communication skills.
• Eager to learn, proactive, and detail-oriented.
• Ability to work well within a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Assisting in the management of construction and fit-out projects
• Supporting programme planning, cost control, and reporting
• Coordinating with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams
• Monitoring site progress and quality standards
