• Set up, maintain, and troubleshoot devices, from PCs and laptops to software applications and network systems—making sure everything runs smoothly.
• Monitor system performance, track trends, and share insights to improve efficiency and prevent future issues.
• Communicate clearly and professionally with colleagues, offering helpful guidance, timely updates, and ensuring a seamless IT experience.
• Collaborate with teams across the business—locally and internationally—on IT projects and new technology implementations.
