Qualifications

• Attention to detail with a methodical approach.
• Organised and reliable with a strong desire to learn.
• Comfort with numbers and everyday IT skills (Microsoft/Google).
• Willingness to study toward CISI or similar qualifications.
• Previous office experience preferred but not essential; attitude matters.

Responsibilities

• Support daily trade monitoring under the Compliance Monitoring Programme.
• Review and process new client account opening requests.
• Investigate and clear overnight client screening flags; refer unresolved matters to Head of Compliance.
• Maintain key records (financial promotions, trade errors, PA dealing, RCP) accurately.
• Log client complaints and help meet response deadlines.
• Review trading and financial transactions and refer findings as needed.
• Provide general office and administrative support to keep the team productive.
• Use AI tools sensibly to assist in work efficiency and accuracy.
