Junior Compliance Officer

This role is 4 days in the office and 1 day from home.

As a Junior Compliance Officer, you’ll play a key role in our core compliance activities, from client onboarding and on-going due diligence to transaction monitoring and assisting with regulatory obligations.

Sitting between an entry-level Associate and a more senior Compliance Officer, this role is perfect if you have 1-3 years’ experience and you're ready to take your next step in a fast-paced fintech environment. You’ll get hands-on with operational tasks while building your analytical and research skills, gaining exposure to high-risk cases, vendor systems and wider compliance projects - all with the right support and mentoring to help you thrive.

Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

  • Perform end-to-end onboarding for low and medium-risk clients
  • Carry out periodic and event-driven client reviews
  • Monitor and review transaction alerts, investigate activity, and escalate where needed

Requirements:

  • Confident and pro-active with excellent organisational skills.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Comfortable working in a dynamic and fast paced environment.
  • Able to work under pressure and efficiently manage time and workload.
  • Enjoy research, administrative support and new challenges.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • A Degree Qualification in Law, Accounting, Business or similar.
