The Role
  • Assist in the development, implementation, and monitoring of compliance programs and policies.
  • Conduct regular audits and assessments to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with various departments to identify compliance risks and recommend corrective actions.
  • Prepare reports on compliance activities and findings for management review.
  • Stay updated on relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards to ensure ongoing compliance.
  • Support training initiatives for staff on compliance-related topics.
  • Participate in investigations of compliance violations and assist in developing remediation plans.
The Candidate
  • Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
  • Knowledge of regulatory frameworks relevant to the industry is preferred.
