Junior Communications & PR Executive

Overview

A dynamic and fast-growing production company is looking for a Junior Communications & PR Executive to support internal communications and brand storytelling. Working directly with the Managing Director, this is an opportunity for a highly organised and creative communicator to shape the way the agency presents itself internally and to key partners and stakeholders.

This role is perfect for someone early in their communications or PR career who’s looking to gain hands-on experience in a creative environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in planning and delivering internal communications that reflect the company’s voice, values, and culture
  • Support the MD in managing key messaging, announcements, and staff updates
  • Create and manage internal content, including newsletters, announcements, presentations, and event materials
  • Coordinate and support the planning of internal events, launches, and team sessions
  • Draft written content for internal use and occasionally for external-facing platforms such as LinkedIn or company profiles
  • Maintain and update internal comms calendars and schedules
  • Work with production and creative teams to align messaging across departments
  • Track comms effectiveness and provide recommendations for improvement
  • Ensure tone of voice is consistent across all internal communications

Ideal Candidate

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with a flair for clear, concise storytelling
  • A proactive and organised approach with great attention to detail
  • Able to work confidently with senior leaders and across teams
  • Comfortable handling multiple tasks and prioritising deadlines
  • Creative thinker with an interest in content, culture, and the media industry
  • Some experience in communications, PR, events or marketing is preferred (internships or junior roles welcome)
  • A genuine interest in people and internal culture
