An exciting opportunity has arisen for a motivated and meticulous Junior Lawyer to join our client's Commercial Property team. In this role, you will handle a diverse and challenging caseload while working closely with clients and supporting the team on a daily basis. Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the drafting, reviewing, and negotiation of complex commercial property contracts and agreements.
• Conduct thorough legal research to support various commercial property transactions.
• Provide clear, practical, and client-focused legal advice while maintaining strong communication with clients.
• Support the management of property portfolios, including acquisitions, disposals, and leasing arrangements.
• Assist senior lawyers in the preparation of detailed legal reports, documents, and other materials.
