An established FM provider is seeking a Junior Commercial Gas Engineer to join their dynamic team. Ideally possess a commercial gas safe certification, but assistance is available.
Experience with fault finding and mechanical plant work is beneficial.

Conduct PPMs and reactive maintenance on gas systems.
Perform fault finding and repairs on boilers and water heaters.
Carry out mechanical plant work and radiator swaps.

About the role of Junior Commercial Gas Engineer:

We have an exciting opportunity for a Junior Commercial Gas Engineer to join an established FM provider. This role is ideal for someone that is looking to learn new skills and grow within a team. The set up of the role is Mobile meaning you will have a van and fuel card which you will use to get to each site.

Responsibilities:

Carry out PPMs and reactive maintenance and breakdowns
Swap out radiators
Pipe and pump works
Fix boilers - only like for like
Fault finding on boilers
Mechanical plant work
Filter changes
Sometimes change out water heaters

Experience Required:

Ideally commercial gas safe; however, the client can assist

What we offer:

Salary up to 47k
Overtime opportunities - paying 1.5x and 2x
Bonus up to 2% two times a year
Pension
25 days AL + Bank Holidays
Sociable hours - 8am to 5pm or get to site for 7am and finish at 3pm (42.5 hours)
