We’re also proud of being one of the few bean-to-bar chocolate makers in the world, controlling every step of our production process.

How you could help us to enchant the world with chocolate

Are you commercially curious with a passion for finance and a drive to make an impact from day one? Lindt UK is looking for a standout individual to join our Commercial Finance team—where finance meets strategy, and insights shape business decisions.

This role offers deep exposure to our UK business’s commercial activities. You will support monitoring and understanding business performance, providing key reports and insights. The business is divided into Wholesale, Retail, and Ireland, with the role reporting to the Senior Analyst (Retail & Ireland) and supporting all three divisions, focusing on Retail & Ireland.

The role includes a full study support package, joining a company with a strong growth record and a people-focused culture.

Where you’ll be based

This role is based in Feltham, London, with hybrid working (60% in the office, 40% WFH). From late 2025/early 2026, our head office will relocate to Richmond upon Thames.

  • Create reports to monitor pricing accuracy and forecast vs actuals, highlighting issues for finance.

Trade spend activities, promotional and residual funding, and year-end rebates:

  • Post monthly trade spend accruals, ensuring accurate setup in SAP and updating reconciliations.
  • Ensure rebate terms in SAP reflect latest agreements, process invoices, and update reconciliations.
  • Review accruals versus actuals monthly, avoiding under-accruals.

Rebate management process:

  • Manage rebate interface issues between Visual Fabric and SAP.
  • Resolve rebate interface errors and escalate issues.
  • Challenge sales on rebate discrepancies.
  • Lead rebate risk meetings, highlighting under-accruals and proposing solutions.
  • Prepare seasonal sell-through trackers with finance and sales teams.

Reporting:

  • Distribute monthly business performance reports with insights.
  • Seek automation and improvements in reporting processes.

Month-end:

  • Manage month-end calendar, reports, and support the senior analyst with submissions and BI tables.

  • Assist the Ireland/Retail finance teams with analysis and reviews.

Account management:

  • Lead key account reviews, partnering with sales to ensure accuracy and drive margins.

Finance support coverage:

  • Collaborate within the team to ensure key tasks are completed during absences.

Qualifications, knowledge, and experience preferred

  • Studying towards or interested in an accounting qualification, CIMA preferred.
  • Graduate with a finance-related degree and a placement year, or up to 2 years’ finance experience.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Performance-driven, tenacious, goal-oriented.
  • Excellent planning, organization, and attention to detail.
  • Ambitious, motivated, and relationship-builder.
