Frasia Wright Associates is seeking a Junior Commercial Associate to join the Commercial Team in Edinburgh or Glasgow. The role provides exposure to a broad range of commercial and data protection matters for FTSE100 clients and other organisations across retail, healthcare, financial services, transport and energy.

You should have 2-4 years' pqe and a desire to progress in this area, with opportunities to work on complex contracts, IT outsourcing, digital and technology agreements, marketing

Job description

This is an exciting opportunity to join this Commercial Team who regularly advises FTSE100 and clients in the firm's key sectors which includes retail and consumer, healthcare, financial services, transport and energy sectors. The team advise on a full range of commercial and data protection work across the UK and internationally, including data protection and FOI advisory projects; complex commercial contracts and IT outsourcing; digital and technology contracts; marketing, e-commerce and consumer engagement; and IP commercialisation and licensing. To be considered for this role you should have between 2-4 years' pqe and have a desire to progress your career in this area.
