Frasia Wright Associates is seeking an Associate/Senior Associate to strengthen its Corporate Team in Edinburgh. The role focuses on M&A, commercial contracts, employee ownership trusts, data protection, IP, media and publishing, and competition law.

We require an experienced practitioner at senior level with extensive corporate law knowledge and track record in non-contentious contracts. The firm offers flexible working and a supportive, high-caliber environment.
