Job Summary

University Hospitals Dorset Foundation Trust is currently seeking to appoint 4 x Junior Clinical Fellows (ST 1-2). Two will be allocated to the trauma rota and two to the orthogeriatric rota.

Applicants are invited to apply for the post of Trust Junior Clinical Fellow, offered on a permanent basis. Candidates must have a GMC-recognised Medical degree and at least 1 year of house jobs experience in Trauma & Orthopaedics or Medicine/Medicine for the Elderly.

The successful applicant should be able to work flexibly, act on their own initiative, and support junior staff members. Proven experience with on-call duties and ward cover is required.

Experience (Essential)

  • Minimum 1 year of house jobs and prior Orthopaedic or Medicine/Medicine for the Elderly experience

  • Minimum 4 months of NHS experience

  • Evidence of involvement in audit & research projects
