Job summary

Fusion Consulting Group in London is seeking a Junior Client Executive to join our North London head office on a hybrid basis. The role centers on making initial contact with inbound leads, educating prospects on services, coordinating calls with Advisors across multiple service lines, and following up as the main contact for new leads.

The position involves nurturing relationships, qualifying leads, booking meetings, and supporting monthly revenue targets while maintaining CRM accuracy.

• Excellent MS Office skills, including Excel, Word and Outlook.
• Excellent telephone and written communication skills.
• Ability to interact professionally with clients, able to prioritise workload and be self-sufficient.
• A team player who can contribute actively to the team while also working independently.

Due to continued growth, Fusion Consulting Group is looking to recruit a Junior Client Executive who will be based at our head office in Finchley, North London, on a hybrid basis.

Job Description

The Group generates a significant number of inbound leads every week from prospects looking for its services.

The Junior Client Executive will be focused on making initial contact with inbound leads, building rapport, educating them on our services, coordinating calls and meetings with Advisors across multiple service lines, following up afterwards and acting as the main point of contact for new leads and prospects.
