We have an exciting opportunity for a Junior Civil Project Engineer to join Suir Engineering. This position will be based on-site in various EP&R projects in the UK, including Nottingham, Banbury, and Gloucester. Responsibilities:
  1. Assist senior engineers in the design and analysis of civil engineering projects in the EP&R sector.
  2. Prepare and review technical drawings, plans, and specifications, ensuring all documentation is accurate and up-to-date.
  3. Gather and analyze data for project planning, including environmental impact assessments, soil testing, and site surveys.
  4. Collaborate closely with project managers, senior engineers, and other team members to deliver high-quality projects on time and within budget.
  5. Participate in training programs and professional development opportunities to enhance technical skills and stay updated with industry trends and standards.
Candidate Requirements:
  • Third-level degree in Civil Engineering.
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience working as a Civil Engineer.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Experience working in the power and renewables sector.
  • Ability to prioritize workload according to deadlines and a high attention to detail.
  • Ability to influence colleagues at all levels.
  • Enjoy working as part of a high-performing team.
