Key Responsibilities of the Chef de Partie
  • Provide efficient, high-quality service while maintaining excellent customer care and cleanliness.
  • Ensure food preparation, presentation, and service meet company standards, with proper portion and quality control.
  • Handle complaints professionally, follow procedures, and report incidents as per regulations.
  • Maintain up-to-date product and menu knowledge, assist in menu planning, and manage food stocks within budget.
  • Support kitchen management and ensure smooth operations in the absence of the Head Chef.
  • Ensure compliance with Food Safety and Health & Safety regulations, and complete administrative tasks accurately.
Working Pattern

40 Hours per week
