Key Duties:

• Deputize in operations management of the clinic
• Ensure a seamless patient journey and welcoming environment
• Implement quality improvement processes
• Onboard new team members
• Build positive relationships with patients and handle complaints
• Ensure compliance with clinical, governance, and regulatory policies including KLoE
• Maintain accurate records and report submissions
